UTAX provides a high-performance solution for entry-level professional A3 black-and-white multifunction systems with the 3263i model. This systems offer sharp 1,200 x 1,200 dpi print resolution and a consistent print speed of 32 A4 pages per minute. They feature a high-speed dual scanner with ultrasonic sensor and staple detection, capable of digitizing up to 200 pages per minute. An external finisher supports large jobs with sorting, hole punching, and stapling capabilities, making document management more efficient.

• Intuitive operation: With the large 10.1 in. (25.6 cm) colour touch display, you always have an overview of even complicated printing and copying jobs. The modern user interface is divided into four different zones so that you can see all the settings at a glance. Bigger LEDs have been used compared to previous models, to improve the visibility of the various statuses. Of course, haptics fans can use the optional numeric keypad* as well.
• Flexibility in every aspect: From digitisation to finishing, care has been taken of almost every requirement. The former is realised by our four document feeds*, from the entry-level solution with reversing feed to the high-speed dual scanner with ultrasonic sensor, which digitises up to 200 image pages per minute (300 dpi). As a standard feature, the systems are equipped with a job separator, which you can use to output a very wide variety of media and paper formats. As regards finishing and organised filing, the 3,000 page finisher in combination with the 7-x multi-tray is the perfect enhancement to your day-to-day work – it also looks after hole punching* and stapling.
• Secure from the start: Apart from hard disk encryption and overwriting, which are standard features, the “Secure Boot” and “Run Time Integrity Check” security functions are also integrated. During booting and ongoing operation, the system ensures that authorised firmware is being used. The unlikely case of a modification to the firmware is detected during the check, and a system error as well as a warning are issued. The combination of these two functions is a very effective security measure.
• Overview is everything:Intelligent functions such as “MultiCrop” simplify everyday office tasks. Capture individual documents, receipts or sales slips for travel expense reporting quickly and easily. In just one step, up to 16 receipts can be digitally cut, straightened and scanned simultaneously and in one operation, and stored separately as a file. Features such as duplex printing and automatic blank page detection and skipping are as easy for your day-to-day work as they are on your resources, saving paper, toner and, most importantly, time.
